This workshop focuses on the participants and their exchange about values. After an impulse lecture by the course leader, the participants immerse in group discussions, guided by a board game.
Find out which values your co-players follow and reflect your own and other values systems!
Or critically review your company's values system and the current state of its implementation.
Target Group:
- Individuals who would like to reflect on their values and how they live them in their professional lives.
- Companies that would like to discuss their corporate value system and its implementation.
Organizational Issues:
Duration: 1,5 - 2 hours.
Group Size: 3 - 16 participants.
Methods: Impulses by the course leader, board game, played in groups of 3 to 4 people.
Language: English or German.
Flexibility: The exact topics of the impulse lecture can be discussed.
