The approaches, methods and tools that I use have been found valuable many times before. There is scientific and empirical evidence substantiating their effect, e.g., from the field of Positive Psychology.
In particular, I use a mix of systematic, quantitative and creative, qualitative approaches to tackle your issue from various angles.
Last but not least, my special preference is on methods that are also fun to use. It's my goal to make the positive effect begin right in the coaching session!

To that end, we employ approaches that work independently from the job market, and which you will be able to use again and again over the course of your career.

What if you do not live close to my home base?

I do prefer to meet at least once in person during a coaching process. However, since I am travelling quite a bit, there may be a chance to arrange a personal visit at your location. Alternatively, we could meet at a place you go to for another purpose anyway (e.g. a conference or fair). Subsequent sessions can then be done remotely, e.g. by teleconferencing tools.
In times of the Corona pandemic, I am also offering completely remote coachings! To support the process, I have acquired some fun interactive telepresence tools that will help us make it as enjoyable as a personal meeting...
